Creating a reusable recognition system reinforcing the broader strategy, documented the process in a case study template, helping enterprise teams communicate consistently and showcase project outcomes.

Created reusable theme and promotion kits with templates across email, presentations, forms, banners, and virtual channels, helping communicators self-serve while keeping experiences consistent and on-brand.
